While the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak has forced Cal State Fullerton students to head home and continue their studies online, the challenges of doing so are especially felt by those majoring in hands-on disciplines such as the visual arts.

Senior Alex Dixon, who studies glassblowing in the College of the Arts, works as a graphic design student assistant for the College of Business and Economics. He shares how he has been adjusting to life and keeping his creative juices flowing outside the art studio.
