They simply call him Chef Ubi. He is the executive chef for the Gastronome. He prepares delicious varieties of meals for students, staff and faculty throughout the school year. Special celebrations on campus feature many of his exquisite meals that rival any five-star restaurant. These days he is prepping grab and go lunches for students still living in on-campus housing. We chat with Chef about the virus and what it means for him and the students he calls his own.
